I (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Subject”), by leaving my personal data on the website https://hivemindai.ru/, its facilities or domains and subdomains (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), acting freely, of my own free will and in my own interest, give my special, specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent
to HIVE MIND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE Limited Liability Company (Hive Mind AI, LLC) (place of location: 41 Dubininskaya Street, building 1, room 12/1, Zamoskvorechye municipality intracity territory of the federal city, Moscow, 115054, Russian Federation, OGRN 1257700084696, INN 9705239073) (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”)
to process information relating to my personal data, including:
Processing of personal data may be carried out with or without the use of automation as well as by mixed processing of personal data, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, including those in the Operator’s information systems, and performance of other actions stipulated by Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27/07/2006 On Personal Data.
The Operator carries out processes related to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy and for the following purposes:
I hereby declare my consent to the publication of my feedback (comments, assessments, video and audio review) posted on the Website, in the Operator’s channels in Telegram messenger, including those in other facilities and applications of the Operator, in advertising or marketing materials placed on the Operator’s resources on the Internet, in printed publications and handouts as well as on other resources and websites on the Internet, to draw attention of other users to the Website and services rendered by the Operator in general or to other applications and facilities of the Operator, with or without the indication of the author of the feedback (comment, assessment, video and audio review) (upon that, the surname, first name, patronymic of the User which he/she has indicated upon registration or in the settings of his/her data in the relevant section of the Website may be specified as the author’s name), without the obligation to provide reports on the use of such feedback (comments, assessments, video and audio reviews), without the need to obtain my special permit and without payment of royalties, throughout the world, without limitation of time, with the right of the Operator to make changes (cuttings, additions) to the feedback (comments, evaluations, video and audio reviews), insert illustrations into them (foreword, afterword, comments or any explanations), use them together with the results of intellectual activity of any persons regardless of the artistic value of such results, in any sequence as well as with the right of the Operator to grant the specified rights to use such feedback (comments, evaluations, video and audio reviews) to third parties. Upon that, I acknowledge and agree that the Operator is not obliged to view such feedback (comments, assessments, video and audio reviews), and their use in the specified ways for the specified purposes can be carried out automatically by means of software tools. In the event that I am not entitled to grant the Operator the right to use any feedback (comment, assessment, video and audio review) in such manner, I undertake to refrain from posting such feedback (comment, assessment, video and audio review). I undertake to be responsible for the reliability of information contained in feedback (comments, assessments, video and audio reviews) posted by me. I realise that by leaving feedback (comments, assessments, video and audio reviews) on the Website or other resources of the Operator, I make them publicly available.
I agree and understand that in order for the Operator to make a decision to render a service for me, additional personal data may be required from me in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation – by filling in specific fields in the relevant questionnaires of the Operator (provided to me additionally after filling in and initiating the sending of electronic forms with my personal data on the Website (sending is done by pressing the button prescribed by its interface, for example: [Register], [Send], [Pay], etc.); I make an informed and conscious decision to provide the Operator with the prescribed data; and I will be held liable in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation for providing unreliable data.
The Operator does not generally verify the reliability of personal information provided by me and does not monitor my legal capacity. However, the Operator assumes that the personal data subject provides reliable and sufficient personal information on the questions offered in the forms on the Website, in additional questionnaires, and keeps this information up to date.
I agree that the Operator has the right at any time, including for the purpose of preventing violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation, to ask the personal data subject to provide evidence of the reliability of the personal information provided; I, as the personal data subject, undertake to provide a response to such request from the Operator within three business days.
I agree to receive technical support and consultations within the framework of receiving services from the Operator by means of audio-conference communications (by phone or via Internet messengers); I give my consent to possible recording of such conversations by the Operator in order to fulfil the Operator’s obligations and improve the quality of services rendered.
The consent is given by me knowingly and voluntarily for the period until the purposes of the personal data processing (specified in this Consent) have been achieved, with the possibility of unilateral withdrawal at any time.
This Consent may be withdrawn by the personal data subject by submitting a written application to the Operator to the address: 41 Dubininskaya Street, building 1, room 12/1, Zamoskvorechye municipality intracity territory of the federal city, Moscow, 115054, Russian Federation, or in electronic form to the address: info@hivemindai.ru.
I am notified that in the event of withdrawal of my consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue the processing of personal data without my consent if there are grounds specified in subparagraphs 2-11 of paragraph 1 of Article 6, paragraph 2 of Article 10 and paragraph 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, On Personal Data.
I am notified that in all other matters not covered by this Consent, the Operator and personal data subject shall be governed by the Personal Data Processing Policy and applicable provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
