messages and other information of advertising nature (hereinafter referred to as “Advertising Mailings”) without limitation of scope (quantity), time of day and period of time by means of:

• SMS;
• push notifications;
• applications;
• messengers;
• telephone calls;
• e-mails;
• in any other way to the telephone number and/or e-mail address I have provided.

These actions shall be performed for the purposes of, including, but not limited to, communication of information, including information of advertising nature, about activities of Hive Mind AI, LLC (and/or its partners), availability of special offers, promotions, bonus and other programmes as well as about events, presentations arranged by Hive Mind AI, LLC and (or) its partners.

2.         This Consent shall be recognised as my written consent to receive advertising mailings given in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 18 of the Federal Law On Advertising.

This Consent is given on the Website of Hive Mind IA, LLC on the Internet: https://hivemindai.ru/ by putting a designated mark in the corresponding field. This form of consent to receive newsletters and advertising mailings is special, informative and conscious, and is given in a form that allows acknowledging its receipt.

This Consent is given for an indefinite period until withdrawn. I acknowledge that I have been notified of my right to completely refuse to receive advertising mailings at any time by sending an e-mail to Hive Mind AI, LLC: info@hivemindai.ru with a subject of “Unsubscribe of newsletters and advertising mailings”.
